  Make sure you present your cinebuzz card before the cashier hastily charges you full price for the movie of the week. The attendant was rude after we presented our card, and it was such a delima for her to delete the original tickets and charge us the correct price. Cairns! Where is your friendly customer service? It would have been so simple to ask us if we had a cinebuzz membership card and maybe if we didn't, ask us if we would like one. Apart from the rudeness, we enjoyed the movie, the cinema smelt a bit like urine and BO ????.
